MEMBUAT DOKUMEN BARU. Menyimpan dokumen dan memberi nama file yg baru. Menyimpan dokumen. Agar naskah atau surat yg telah diketik tersebut dapat dipanggil kembali di kemudian hari , maka perlu disimpan. Caranya :. Naskah yg akan disimpan telah ada atau sudah selesai .

  2. Menyimpandokumen Agar naskahatausuratygtelahdiketiktersebutdapatdipanggilkembalidikemudianhari, makaperludisimpan.

  3. Caranya : • Naskahygakandisimpantelahadaatausudahselesai. • Klik Save pada toolbar standaratautekanCtrl+S. • Selanjutnya Word akanmenampilkankotak dialog Save As. • Padatampilantersebut, ketikkannama file padakotak File name. • Klik Save.

  4. Meyimpandanmemberinama file ygbaru Setelahkitamenyimpannaskah, makadisudutkiriatas monitor akanditampilkannama file ygkitaketikdanlayarpengetikanmasihsepertisebelumnya. Kita dapatmenambah (melanjutkan) pengetikan. Setelahmenambahpengetikan, kitadapatjugamenyimpankedisketdengannama file ygbaru.

  5. Caranya : • Masukkan removable disk denganbenar. • Klik menu File (Alt+F), kemudian Save As. • Klikdirectori My Documents kemudianklik (ganti) removable disk G: • Ketiknama File ygbaru. • Klik Save.
