  • 3 Balance

  • 4 Support

  • 5 Chart your Course

  • 6 Celebrate!

  • Step one be realistic

    Step One: Be Realistic

    • What is the purpose of your goal?

    • Do you believe in the plan?

    Step two details

    Step Two: DETAILS

    • Make sure that your goal is Specific

    • Identify what you must do to reach your goal

    • List the actions!

    Step three balance

    Step Three Balance

    • Can you measure your goal?

    • Seek to balance the actions, don’t try to achieve too much at one time!

    Step four support

    • Seek out positive people to encourage you!

    • Be accountable to one person…

    • Make sure you have clear directions

    • Alternative plans should be included

    Step six celebrate

    • Plan for rewards

    • Stay focused on the positive

    • Don’t forget.. As John Dewey says: “Arriving at one goal is the starting point to another”!!!
