  2. 1 Vision “By the end of the present Quinquennium(2010), each Conference/ Mission of the IAD will have at least one church involved in Small Groups (SGs), making them the basis of the Christian effort and a new congregational lifestyle".

  3. To make the SG an attractive, dynamic and functional plan for the growth and conservation of the church. To involve the leaders of the church in programs that have as their basis the organization of the SG. To use internal communication media to promote the establishment of the SG. 2Mission

  4. To establish a permanent promotion and qualification system for leaders and pastors relative to the establishment of SGs in their churches. 3Objectives

  5. To have a website to serve as the official means of information, promotion and support of the SG in IAD. Objectives…

  6. To achieve at the local Church level the formation of leaders in the establishment and sustainability of the SG. Objectives…

  7. To create and to maintain thewww.grupospequenos.net web page, with a budget of US$15 per year. Seminar/Workshop Model plan by field. Follow-up and transmission plan. 4Activities

  8. Graphic material (manuals) to train SGs. Meetings for leaders or conventions to train leaders on all levels. Camps for SGs. Activities…

  9. Conduct evangelistic crusades for Conferences/Missions with special guests who are involved with SGs. Weekly radio programs that motivate and report the growth of the SGs. Activities…

  10. Musical videos to help to support the financing of the GP. Establish in the Division THE DAY OF THE SG, with the following slogan: TODAY IS THE DAY FOR SGs IN IAD Activities…

  11. Make the Sabbath School classes and AY groups aware that they are still the same, but will have the SGs as their basis. Establish agreements with other world divisions to use the materials relative to SG. That all visual materials published by the IAD promote the SG Website. Activities…

  14. To propose that the Theology Faculties of the IAD consider the implementation of short seminars related to the SG. These seminars will give credits toward a career in Theology. From the Division we can provide the academic material so that the theology teachers can implement them in their respective faculties.

  15. The Small Groups must exemplify the lifestyle of the church and work as the basis for the relationship with the community, spiritual growth and the integral fulfillment of the mission in harmony with the spiritual gifts.

  16. That in unions with a University or School of Theology, an INSTITUTE OF CHURCH GROWTH (ICG) be established for two reasons: a. To prepare diagnostic tools of the church relative to its growth. b. To systematize the growth of the church of the respective territory, in order to create its own model of growth.
