  1. VT 2000 Default Timers • The VT 2000 has 61 Default timers. • 50 timers control equipment start/stop times. • The rest control safeties, ultrasonics, etc. • The key to proper timer adjustment is to first complete the 102 steps in the “Installation Start-Up & Test Procedure” document.

  2. Start Stop Timer Setup • Measure distance from the measuring photoeye to the equipment in question. Divide this distance in inches by 8 to get the approximate start count time.

  3. VT 2000 Default Timers • All Start Stop Timers Must Be Individually Set. • D897 Top Brush Measured Distance. • D898 Ultrasonic Measured Distance. • D903 #1 Wraps Stop: Should Be Set To 8 After Rear Of Car. • D905 #2 Wraps Stop: Should Be Set To 8 After Rear Of Car. • D906, D907, D908: New Chemical Arch Registers. Simply Select 1 Of 8 Chemicals To Be Applied.
