  42. Rule #13: Your most powerful tool is… Listening. • Listen to be heard. • “Listen” to non-verbals. • Engage in a conversation not a lecture. • Both sides need to gain something. • NOTE: Multi-tasking is a lie. • Be “In the moment.”
