  2. Scenario #1 • Jeff is an 18 y/o high school senior who suffered a Grade 2 lateral ankle sprain while participating in pre-season basketball drills. Prev. Hx of 4 sprains. X-rays negative. Practice begins in 6 wks.

  3. Write a SOAP Note for this injury. • Develop a rehab program for 6 weeks that includes at least 2 short-term goals and 2 long-term goals and exercises and modalities that address these goals.

  4. Scenario #2 • Leslie is an administrative secretary who has developed plantar fasciitis in her left foot. Her symptoms worsen if she wears certain shoes or has to climb stairs. Your evaluation reveals pescavus, pain w/ palpation over the insertion of the plantar fascia on the calcaneus.

  5. Write a SOAP Note for this injury • Write a home care program with at least 5 activities or exercises. • List 3 other interventions that may be beneficial.
