  2. Respect Your Computer • Never have food or drink near your computer. • Do not touch your screen. • Do not bang on the keyboard. • Keep magnets away from the computer.

  3. Ergonomics It’s important to remember the correct way to sit at your computer: Sit up straight and tall. Pull the keyboard to the edge of the desk or table. Put both feet on the floor, if you can, or directly under your table. Keep your elbows at your sides. Now, hold your hands with curved fingers above the home keys.
