  3. Overview – Cleco Corporation • Based in Central Louisiana since 1934 • 1,200 employees • Serves over 265,000 customers • Comprised of two main divisions • Cleco Power LLC (regulated) • Cleco Midstream Resources(unregulated)

  4. Overview – Cleco Corporation Cleco Power: - 1,210 miles of Transmission lines primarily at the 230 and 138 KV level - 11,202 miles of lines operating at the distribution voltage level. Peak Hourly Native Load: 2,106 MW

  5. Overview – Cleco Corporation • Generation • 1360 MWs of regulated generation under Cleco Power. • Cleco Power also operates 690 MWs for other utilities. • Cleco Midstream owns 1355 MW capacity for its unregulated business. • Fuel sources: lignite, natural gas, oil and powder river basin coal.
