  2. Los comprobantes fiscales son documentos que se obtienen cuando se adquiere un bien, servicio o renta de bienes inmuebles.Una factura electrónica será aquella que se emita por un medio electrónico y cumpla con todas las característica legales para su utilización.

  3. Su característica primordial es: Estará en formato XML, con una representación impresa en PDF. Será entregada por Internet o en una unidad Física como CD o USB. Sustituyendo de forma legal a la factura en Papel.

  4. Recuerde el PDF es sólo la representación impresa, ante el SAT deberá presentar los XML que constituyen la factura. Así mismo el Sistema de Administración Tributaria SAT comunica que será obligatorio el almacenamiento de los mismos.

  5. El nombre técnico y legal de una factura por internet es: Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet o conocido por la Abreviatura CFDi. El uso de los CFDi se establece en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) publicado el 14 de septiembre de 2010. Establece que: Los CFDi´s deberán ser certificados por el SAT directamente o por un Proveedor Autorizado de Certificación PAC.
