Political Mandate “develop proposals for institutional setting to optimise the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of territorial co-operation at political and technical level based on existing bilateral and multiregional structures, at the same time investigating the possibility of using the EGTC based on European law.” Europa & Außenbeziehungen
