  • TianTian Online is a Chinese web portal which is owned by Beijing Jiu Zhou Technical Services Company (BJZ). In July 2008, BJZ was issued by China’s State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT), a WebTV and a Web News license.

  • SARFT has issued 9 (*) nationwide commercial WebTV licenses to entities which provide liquidity and risk mitigation to investors through an existing hard-currency stock exchange listing outside China.

  • BJZ is not listed, but through a structural arrangement with LottVision, provides investors with the benefits of an offshore listing.

  • Of the 9 offshore listed companies with WebTV licenses, only BJZ
