Insured Deposits Escrow Services, Inc. • IDES offers community banks the experience and back-office technical and administrative support needed for the community bank to offer a variety of escrow and cash management services to their clients. • The services offered by IDES address opportunities that are infrequent for community banks and that do not justify staffing and increase in overhead. • By outsourcing these products and services to IDES, on a revenue shared basis, the community bank will protect and control the relationship with the client and potentially retain a large portion of the deposits and/or revenue generated by the transaction.
