Undoubtedly eating a fruit has more benefits but that may become quite boring and there is no novelty other than its inherent taste. When it is made into a juice, the possibility of adding more than just the fruit makes it more interesting. More and more people are becoming health conscious so fruit juices are becoming very popular. This surprisingly is visible across all age group. Plenty of fruit juicing recipes are now available on the internet. Many schools of thought subscribe to the theory of consuming juice is a wholesome diet for a complete day. A great benefit with fruit juices and smoothies is that it keeps one well hydrated, which is excellent for digestion and not to forget the wonders it does to one’s skin- keeping it ever glowing and moisturised. Juicing may become monotonous with just liquefying a fruit and consuming it. As freshness is the key to the fruit to be juiced, it leaves one with not much option per season. A better way would be to mix fruit with vegetable to get the benefit of both and add a twist to the taste. Many herbs can be incorporated into the fruit juicing recipe for an added healing benefit. This is an excellent option to make children consume vegetable which is a horrendous task for all mothers. In spite of the many advantages of consuming juices, the debate will always exist with people who do not support the idea as fibres are not included. The taste however, is simply awesome!
