Jamur Tuna Kentang Panggang Bahan:700 gr kentang, kupas, iris tipis1 klg ikan tuna siap pakai2 sdm minyak sayur55 gr mentega100 gr jamur, iris-iris1 sdt oregano1/4 sdt garam (secukupnya)1/2 sdt lada hitam2 bh tomat, iris bulat tipisCara membuat:1. Rebus kentang dalam air garam sebentar. Angkat dan letakkan dalam mangkuk, diamkan 5 menit. Buang airnya dan dinginkan.2. Panaskan mentega, lalu tumis jamur, bersama tuna dan garam. Masak sebentar. Angkat. Ambil pinggan tahan panas, lalu olesi dengan minyak sayur, susun kentang dalam pinggan tahan panas. Susun tumisan jamur dan tuna di atasnya, lalu tutup lagi dengan kentang dan terakhir susun lagi dengan irisan tomat dan taburi dengan oregano dan lada hitam.3. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 200 derajat Celcius selama 15-20 menit atau sampai matang.
