  3. Main Requirements 1. The design of the chamber represents a selfcontained shell, which is sealed both up to, and during experiment. 2. The chamber should maintain repeated dynamic loads in frequent experiments and provide long-time exploitation 3. Inside the chamber the systems of storage of targets, robot - manipulator for target handling and stage with final adjustment of the target are arranged. 4. The chamber is equipped with bearings, flanges for connection of vacuum pumps, standard optical and electrical ports for recording equipment and other systems. 5. The design of the chamber provides simultaneous input of radiation from accelerator SIS-100, SIS-18 and laser PHELIX 6. The design of the chamber allows addition of new modules enhancing its possibilities. 7. The chamber is supplied with systems of inflow, venting, and also vacuum system. 8. It is equipped with ports for friend access to an internal part. 9. The design of the chamber allows a capability of integrating additional systems, such as, cooling system, beam dump, emergency shutter for fast separation of a volume of the chamber from an accelerating channel etc.
