  9. NAS Patuxent River Medical Readiness May 2006 * 651 base personnel's birthdate fell between June and October resulting in an underestimation of PHA compliance. The annual PHA requirement did not go into effect until Oct 2005. 651 represents 19% of the base active duty population.
