Mission Statement

We believe

  • In making healthcare available to the community we serve by removing geographic, transportation, financial and cultural barriers to service.

  • Lack of insurance or inability to pay should not be a barrier to obtaining screenings, immunizations, wellness checks or general medical care.

  • Chronic diseases can be prevented with available low or no-cost screenings.

  • Collaboration with Munson Healthcare will provide for seamless patient care with technology, resources, referrals and diagnostic services for our clients.

  • All nursing staff shall practice according to standards of practice using evidenced based care and while advocating for patient health and wellness.
