What is a “test?” Or in other words, why do teachers give you tests? • Take a wild guess. What do you think it means to be “testable”? What might something be if it is testable?

Take another guess. Which do you think is the best definition of a “testable question.” Check what you think is right. • A testable question is a question on a test. • A testable question is a question that you can perform an experiment or test to find the answer to. • A testable question is a question about your opinions.
