  2. MASA • Materia es todo lo que tiene peso y ocupa un espacio. • Masa es la cantidad de materia. • ¿Qué es peso?

  3. Unidades de Masa • Sistema Internacional (SI) • Kilogramo (kg) • Sistema Británico • libras masa (lb)

  4. Longitud • Distancia entre dos puntos • Unidades: • SI: metro (m) • SB: pie (ft)

  5. Tiempo • Lapso que transcurre entre dos sucesos Unidades: • SI y SB: segundo (s) Otras: minuto (min), hora (h)

  6. Temperatura • Cuan caliente está un objeto o una sustancia. Esta propiedad determina si se puede transferir energía (calor) de un objeto a otro. Unidades: • SI: Kelvin (K) Otras: Grados Celsius (ºC) • SB: Rankin (R), Grados Fahrenheit ºF
