  3. DUES Membership fee is due tonight! $50/ year or $35/ semester

  4. Volunteering • Blood drive • Donate blood for three hours of volunteering • Canned Food Drive • Ends Nov. 19th = 2 more general meetings to donate • 3 cans for one hour, 3 hours earned max • Goblins in the Garden • Saturday October 24th • Shift is 4-7pm. Please meet at Littlefield promptly 3:15pm • Cystic Fibrosis Sports Challenge • Saturday Nov. 6th in the morning • Texas School for the Deaf

Volunteering • Step Out Diabetes Walk • Outside HOSA hours earned • Same day as CF Sports Challenge Nov. 6th • Full list email Kay; be sure to get verification • Event Area Set-Up from 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM, 15 volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: Setting up tables, chairs, booths and registration activities. • Registration Table from 7.30 AM – 9:00 AM 5 volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: Collecting money, handing out $150 and up fundraiser tee-shirts. • Food and Beverage Area from 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM, 5 volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: Setting up and assisting vendors with food and beverage items for attendees. Refreshing food and beverage items as needed. Packaging food item left-overs for charity organization. • Children’s Area from 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 4 volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of kids within the Children’s Area. • Gate Volunteers – 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM – 4 volunteers needed • Make sure walkers sign waiver and get sticker • Event Area Clean-Up from 11:00 – 1:00 PM, 15 volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: Cleaning up Grounds

Fundraising • ISU This Saturday October 23rd • Meet outside Cypress Bend at San Jac at 7:20am at the latest! • Details on email sent out (dresscode, purses, etc) • Look for Mohamed at San Jac • BE ON TIME • Commitment is imperative!!! If you signed up online, you must attend! • Baylor Ushering Saturday October 30th • Deadline to sign up is 2am Saturday 23rd

Fundraising • Plucker’s • Tuesday October 26th all day • Bring two friend and say you’re with HOSA! • Save and bring your receipts to the fourth meeting on Nov. 2nd to get credit! • Juicy Tart • November 5-19 • Eat and tell cashier you’re with HOSA! • Save receipt and show at 5th or 6th meeting (November 16th and 30th ) • Right after fifth general meeting Nov. 16 we will go as a group • Fundraising AND social point :D

  9. Socials • Inception Movie Night • Thursday October 28th 6pm • Meet at Starbucks promptly at 5:15pm • Juicy Tart • Right after meeting on Nov. 16th! Carpooling as a group!
