  4. Why join HOSA? • Classroom learning is expanded • Opportunities for leadership, community service, socials, achievement, recognition, meeting new people, & earning WE points.

  5. Dates for joining (ONLY JOIN ONCE/yr) • Each 9 weeks: • T 9/2 – Fri 9/12 • Oct 27 – Oct 31, 2014 • Jan 21 - 23, 2015 • April 6 – 10, 2015

  8. We do NOT expect you • To come to all HOSA activities

  9. HOSA Attire • ONLY HOSA MEMBERS can purchase and/or wear HOSA attire. • Can be purchased ANYTIME, once you’ve paid dues.

  10. HOSA S/S Shirts • $11 • Black • XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL • Wear on Thur or Fri for WE points!

  11. HOSA S/S Fitted, Female Shirts • $15 • Black • S, M, L, XL (they run a little small) • Wear on Thur or Fri for WE points!

  12. HOSA L/S Shirts • $16 • Black • XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL • Wear on Thur or Fri for WE points!

  13. NOTE: The ONLY items in size XS are the “regular” T-shirts, both S/S & L/S

  14. HOSA Hoodies • $21 • Black • S, M, L, XL, XXL) NO XS in hoodies • Wear on Thur or Fri for WE points!

  15. HOSA Sweatpants • $16 • Black • Open or closed(elastic) @ ankle • S, M, L, XL, 2XL • They run a little big • Wear on Thursday for WE points (NOT Friday, though)

  16. If paying by check • Always make out to “VBHS” (NOT HOSA) • Blue/Black ink • Check must include: • Name • Address (Incl. zip code) • Phone # (Incl. area code)

  17. How to pay • Complete registration form • Turn in form AND $$$ @ Indian Bank • Bring receipt AND FORM to me • Receive clothes NEXT DAY (if in stock)

Welcome New Members Social • Friday, Sept. 12 @ 5:30 – 6:30 PM • Tailgate party – Patio near classroom • Then football game (not part of social) • Invitations/Reminders will be provided • Parent also invited • MUST be a paid HOSA member & have signed consent form on file • NOT for friends, extended family, etc.
