Midterm Evaluation • Thus far in the semester, what do you feel is working well in the course? • What you feel could be improved? • Do you have a clear understanding of the assignments? • If not, what types of clarifications/explanations would help you? • Do you feel the structure of the writing exercises and assignments are helping to improve you as a writer? • If not, please offer any suggestions you might have. • Do you have any suggestions for the remainder of the semester? • Feel free to include any other relevant comments you have.

  2. Homework • Revise Essay #1 and send to my Dropbox account by no later than noon on Sunday, 3/23 • Along with your essay, send (as a separate document) a 1-2 page cover letter reflecting on the process of writing and revising this essay. This can include: • Your experience of the peer review process and what types of revisions you made as a result • Your experience of receiving my comments and what types of revisions you made as a result • An overall reflection on what you have learned and believe you will take away from having completed this process of writing and revising • Any questions or suggestions you have for me • Read Cheryl Strayed, Wild (through p. 79) • Comment on blog • Have fun and don’t eat too many potato seeds over Spring Break.
