  11. CONSUMER SURVEY • 88% had problems locating a product • 96% forgot coupons they intended to use • 24% did not use coupons • 44% of those who did not use coupons was because they could not find them

  12. SOLUTION • Provide the customer with a computer based user friendly product locator and coupon dispenser

  13. COMPUTER BASED • 86% of consumers surveyed know how to use a computer US Census Bureau 1999 • 54 million households have computers • 94 million use/have internet access
