  2. January 15, 2014 Holes chapters 29-32 Homework: Work on unit 3 vocabulary. Quiz and assignment completion moved Wednesday January 22nd (when you return from long weekend). Holes quiz on chapters 29-39 on Wednesday January 22nd! Objective: I can identify and analyze the importance of cause and effect relationships in a text. Warm Up (in your composition book) Copy today's date and the objective into your comp book. Take out your cause and effect sheet from yesterday.

  3. Magnet steals Mr. Sir's sunflower seeds G. Stanley is taken to see the Warden.

  4. The Warden scratches Mr. Sir. A. Mr. Sir does not give Stanley any water.

  5. Stanley agrees to teach Zero to read. I. Stanley and Zero become friends.

  6. Stanley's great-great grandfather forgot to honor a promise. E. Stanley's family is cursed with bad luck.
