Position requirements – Marketing Assistant: • (Equivalent position title: Marketing Co-ordinator) • Tasks: • - Creates reports for a more senior team member • - Assists senior colleagues on projects as required, under fairly close • supervision • - Coordinates marketing materials, ensuring product literature, POS, etc. are available as required • - Researches & collects information on competitors' products providing • details to the department and the sales force • - General support for all levels above • Qualification: • - Relevant university degree or equivalent desired • - Good English skills • Professional Experience: • - Preferably job experience in marketing/retail through internships • Additional requirements: • - Analytical skills required • - Ability to work within tight timeframes • - Pro-active drive and enthusiasm

Position requirements – Trainee European Marketing: Tasks: - Support and participation of P&L planning - Sales and turnover plan per model and month - Managing & control of inbound quantities, sales and warehouse stock - Monitoring market trends & collect latest market information from sales dept - Identify sales gaps & develop countermeasures to achieve BP turnover - Prepare PSI documentation & present to management during PSI meeting - Dealer visits and distribution analysis - GfK Data analysis (Market demand, share, hit lists, channel analysis) - Benchmarking of competitors (product, price, place, promotion) - Create product price lists for dealers - Support reporting to Senior Mgmt and activity & budget plan support - Development of POS material - Participation in developing packaging, including final artwork, text, etc. - Handling of stock shifts and additional orders - Decision of distribution and channel strategy with NSCs & factories Qualification: - Relevant university degree - Fluent English Professional Experience: - Job experience in marketing through internships etc Additional requirements: - Strong international background required - Analytical skills required - Full mobility across Europe required - Pro active and enthusiastic

Position requirements – Junior Product Manager: • (Equivalent position title: Assistant Product Manager) • Tasks: • - Assistance and contribution for BP-Planning • - Market research & competitor analysis • - Product Planning: benchmark analysis of competitor line up • - Sales & Profit Planning: assistance and contribution to monthly/weekly sales forecast, maintenance of S-FC and pricing in the demand planner- system, participation at monthly PSI meetings with top-mgmt & sales dpt • - Pricing & distribution: execution of price-researches, maintenance of price- registration in SAP, pricelists and monthly offers • - Advertising & Promotion: planning and execution of projects (advertising, homepage, promotions) in consultation with superiors • - Public relations: briefing & correction of press releases, participation in meetings with editors, correspondence with end consumers • - Fairs & Training: contribution to the preparation of fairs, product presentations to dealers and sales staff trainings • Qualification: • - Relevant university degree or equivalent • - Good English skills • Professional Experience: • - Job experience in marketing for min. 2 years through internships etc • Additional requirements: • - Analytical skills required • - Team working • - Ability to work within tight timeframes

Position requirements – Product Manager: Tasks: - Management of the team to deliver excellent performance (if applicable) - Autonomous BP Planning & contribution at Midterm Planning -Market research, competitor analysis & estimating short-term future trends - Product Planning: product development with Japan - Autonomous forecasting of monthly/weekly sales, maintenance of Sales FC, pricing in the DP system, preparation & participation in monthly PSI meetings with top mgmt & sales dept, turnover & stock control, preparation of monthly P/L forecast - Autonomous development of monthly sales activities, price negotiations, decision in distribution & channel strategy with Marketing HQ, Japan, Sales - Autonomous planning & execution of projects, creation of advertising strategy and activity plans, budget plan and control - Creation of the communication strategy to dealers & consumers, briefing correction of press releases, frequent contact & meetings with editors - Fairs & Training: autonomous preparation of fairs, product presentations to dealers and sales staff training, consultation to end consumers at fairs Qualification: - Relevant university degree or equivalent - Very good English skills Professional Experience: - Job experience in marketing for min. 4 years Additional requirements: - Experience in one or two product categories desired - Analytical skills required - Communication, Presentation, Negotiation skills required - Team working - People management skills (if applicable)
