3. Search for a Disease Enter the term into the search box and click the GO button

4. Filter Results Select the Codes filter

5. Select a Result Select the desired result by clicking the link

6. Alpha Index with Link to Tabular List Find the most relevant disease or diagnosis and click on the linked code to view the Tabular List

7. Tabular List with Fourth/Fifth Digit The code set is revealed You may need to scroll up to see fourth/fifth-digit instructions

8. Search by Code Enter the code into the search box and click the GO button

15. View Result Navigate the result

16. Browse for Disease Click into the desired coding resource on the list of titles on the left hand panel

17. Find Disease using Alpha Index Locate the disease from the alpha list

18. Alpha Index with Link to Tabular List Find the most relevant disease or diagnosis and click on the linked code to view the Tabular List
