SDLC Methodologies: TBD Method(s) Used: SDLC Critical Thinking • Problem/Mission Statement: • Develop more efficient systems to eliminate unneeded cost such as individuals who play certain roles in implementing processes in current systems by utilizing the following three processes which have yet to be determined. Dates: January 2011 – May 2011 Sponsor: Temple University Professor Than Lam • Objectives: • Collaborate with the firm’s team to understand the current system in place and roles of individuals so we can develop a new system which is more efficient. • Cost/benefit analysis of each methodology for a potential organization. Team Members: AsifMalik Alex Appianing Anthony Im Kapil Patel • Scope: • In a 10 page paper discuss the pros and cons of the methodologies and how an organization could potentially use each methodology. • Estimated Project Costs: • 4.50 hours per week, $75 per hour • 8 weeks total • Approximately $2700 • (4.5hrs*$75 per hr)*8weeks • Deliverables: • 10 page analysis paper • 10 minute PowerPoint presentation
