  1. LPG COMPRESSOR Reciprocating Compressor will be pushed via induction motor through V belts. The power motor shall be able to beginning the compressor in unloaded condition with various suction situations. The V belt shall be antistatic type and suitable for exact vicinity class. The belt protect shall be nonspark kind.The pressure motor will be rated for minimum 110% of compressor BKW(such as all losses) at any of the desired working situations or a hundred and five% of the energy required at remedy valve set pressure(inclusive of all losses) whichever is greater.The principal oil pump shall be driven by compressor shaft and standby lube oil pump shall have electric motor driver suitable for place classification. This drive motor will be rated for minimum a hundred and ten% of pump BKW (including all losses) at comfort valve set stress. F. LUBE OIL SYSTEM: The Lube Oil device shall be a pressurized device conforming to discern G-5 of API618 4th version 1995, equipped with essential lube oil pump pushed by compressor shaft and standby lube oil pump electric motor driven. It shall comprise of duplex lube oil filters, lube of cooler (if required) and a thermostatically controlled electric powered oil heater. The Oil cooler (if required) shall be “Shell and Tube” type with detachable tube package fabricated consistent with “TEMA C” and sized for now not more than 0.5Kg/cm2 stress drop on each shell and tube side. All lube oil piping from oil consoles to equipment inclusive of fittings, valves, instruments and supports shall be protected in vendor’s scope of deliver. Vendor shall engineer the machine and provide precise P&IDs as well as the piping isometric drawings for the interconnecting piping for patron’s overview & approval for the duration of certain engineering stage.
