  3. Demonstrate evidence that the operational, financial, or space limitations make it ★ impossible to establish a permanent lactation location. Ensure that the temporary location will be used only for lactation purposes for the ★ duration required by an employee to express milk. Ensure that the temporary location is private and cannot be accessed while an ★ employee expresses milk.
