  2. OBJETIVO • Discutir e estabelecer critérios para aceitação de comprovação de segurança e eficácia de produtos cosméticos, por similaridade.

  3. Os Cosméticos devem ser seguros nas condições normais ou razoavelmente previsíveis de uso. - Livre acesso no mercado - Nível elevado de uso Responsabilidade do fabricante ou importador, responsável pela colocação do produto no mercado. Segurança PREMISSAS BÁSICAS

  4. GUIA PARA AVALIAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA

  5. Produto da mesma empresa e da mesma categoria; Redução ou eliminação de matérias-primas; Base comum e corantes diferentes, exceto tinturas capilares; Alteração de teor de ingrediente, excetofragrância, conservantes e tensoativos. Segurança por similaridadeCRITÉRIOS PARA ACEITAÇÃO (GUIA)
