Success of Glaze was the only mission of their life and left no stone unturned as they strongly believe that success is synonyms of honest idea and holy karma. It was the result of holy karma, Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd. became a corporate company on 16 March 2004. distributors where they enjoyed the scenic beauty of the city and attended colorful anniversary celebration. They were amazed with the experience of cultural events and launching new range of Galway products. This memorable journey began on 10th of October, 2019 when the successful stars of Glaze reached the beautiful city Prague of Czech Republic. All the members took rest and enjoyed sightseeing on the first day. The next day started with a city tour followed by a shopping. The night was followed by a gala night attended and enjoyed by all the senior executives and distributors, including the founders-directors. On 12th of October, everyone enjoyed the tour of this beautiful city once again. They also enjoyed the taste of local cuisine and did a lot of shopping. The evening of this day saw the glorious celebration to mark glaze success organized at n 10th of August 2003, two visionary youths, Mr. Chetan Handa and Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber laid the foundation of great pomp and show. The most important fact to notice about this event was the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who dedicated the first All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) to the nation. Inaugurating this Ayurveda Institute, Prime Minister said that our objective is to promote traditional Ayurveda treatment of India. In the last few years our government has been putting tremendous efforts to preserve our old heritage. And our latest endeavor in this direction has been preservation of Ayurveda. Highlighting the importance of Ayurveda, he said that the world has great hope in India’s Ayurveda and Yoga. India should also be hopeful of this and enthusiastically participate in this. We should be committed to encourage the traditional medicinal systems like Ayurveda. Glaze family is delighted and proud to acknowledge that from the very early days of our business we not only value the cultural heritage of the country but to take that concept to every part of the country though our business and Galway products. Ltd and 7th anniversary of S.E.P. together. As soon as Mr. Kush Kumar and Divya Vaid took the stage, the event filled with positivity and energy. The program started with a presentation through which Mr. Kush Kumar highlighted the successful journey of Glaze, just from the beginning to the date. After this informative session, Company’s Director Mr. Sanjay Verma was all set to mesmerize the audience with his motivational words. Wishing everyone the 16th anniversary, he said that the way we are celebrating our success here in Europe, one day we will certainly celebrate our successful journey in the United States of America. He emphasized on the concept of “KARMA” and said that only your “KARMA” decides your destiny. He also mentioned the making of Bollywood classic Mughal-E-Azam and said that nature does not give anything but it just returns back your deeds. That is why we need to do good “KARMA” to get success. Now, it was time to hear Company’s Director Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Arneja. The hall was immersed with the sounds of clapping when he came on the stage. In his brilliant speech, he explained the importance of right attitude and said that if you have a right attitude then everything is possible. He said a person with right attitude can convert hurdles into his/her strength, and right attitude is the only key of success. He further added you should also keep your attitude right in your business to get certain success. After a brilliant confidence and energy boost up session, it was time to honor successful leaders of Glaze. R.D., D.D. and G.D.D. were invited on the stage one by one and honored. The entire team celebrated the 16th anniversary of Glaze and 7th anniversary of S.E.P. together with a cake cutting ceremony. Later, the guests got an opportunity to know the culture of Europe through brilliant dance and music performances which won everyone's heart. Positive energy and happiness were prevailing in the atmosphere. But, it was still to be filled with the new level of a positive aura. The stage was honored with the presence of the Company's founder-director Mr. Chetan Handa. Here, we are going to describe how farmers can have a better yield of wheat. The process of wheat cultivation usually starts in the month of November with sowing seeds. After completing the cycle of 5 to 6 months, farmers can harvest the crop. This crop need special attention. Farmers must ensure that it gets irrigated at time. Also, proper nutrients and spraying at the right time to prevent diseases is important. In order to have a good yield, the first irrigation must be done after 30 days of sowing seed so that the plants remain green and do not dry out. Also spray G- Pseudo or G-Potash after 10 days. This prevents your crop from fungal and bacterial diseases. n 7th Step: It is the seventh and final stage, when wheat granules start to grow. It is time to spay G-Amino Plus with G- Sea Liquid. It makes granules better. Note - All farmer brothers are requested not to stop using Urea/DAP simultaneously and suddenly. Use of Urea/DAP should be reduced gradually in multiple stages. Full proof security arrangements have been made in the office to assure safety of its employees. To further strengthen the arrangements, a number of security trainings are organized for the employees time to time. Recently, a fire safety training was organized on 14th of October 2019 at the head office of Glaze. Retired Assistant Divisional Fire Officer Shri P.S. Dahiya was specially invited to impart fire safety training to the employees of Glaze. He demonstrated the use of various devices to extinguish fire in case of dire hazard. He gave detailed information to protect oneself and other’s in case of fire. Along with this, he interacted with the fire warden of every floor appointed by Glaze and gave safety tips to be practiced during a fire mishap. To further clarify the safety measures Mr. Dahiya also conducted a mock drill which was attended by 350 employees of Glaze. KARVACHAUTH CELEBRATION AT GLAZE The Galway Foundation is actively supporting the Digital India Campaign conceptualized by honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Galway foundation is promoting digital literacy through its digital program. Head of the Galway Foundation, Shri Urmelesh Swami launched the new Digital Center of learning at Coal Bakhal, Indore, Madhya Pradesh on October 12, 2019. He said today India is at the gate of digital revolution. Mr. Swami cited a news which says in the drought hit area of Vidarbha, known as the graveyard of farmers, some farmers of a village have brought revolutionary changes in their lives by creating a WhatsApp group. Farmers started sharing their problems and solutions through this group.This is just one example where internet has helped people. Many such incidents are happening across the country and at the core of all this is the digital revolution. He said that the Galway Foundation has centers operating in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Assam, Maharashtra and Bihar where more than 24,500 people have got computer education. The new center is also special as it is being run by Abdul Hafeej Khan, who is an especially abled person. He uses wheelchair but seeing his passion, Shri Urmelesh Swami has entrusted him with the responsibility of running this digital center. An exciting fair was organized at Glaze on the auspicious occasion of Karvachauth. Two NGOs ‘Masoom Duniya’ and ‘Rajpuri Sansthan’ put up their stalls and exhibited artistic lamps, clothes, jewelry, decorative items and there were also Mehandi counters. Beautiful artistic hand- made candles and earthen lamps made by the specially abled children fascinated everyone. Glaze employees purchased a lot of stuff from these stalls on this occasion. CELEBRATED 7TH ANNIVERSARY WITH GREAT POMP IN THE COUNTRY AND ABROAD Seventh anniversary of the Self-Empowerment Program was celebrated with great fanfare not only in the country, but also in the city of Prague, Europe on October 12, 2019. On this occasion, the founder Director of Glaze, Mr. Chetan Handa, thanked S.E.P. and all the volunteers for their selfless service. He also expressed his gratitude to S.E.P. Chief, Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh and said that the commendable team efforts have made the Self-Empowerment Program a great success which has touched 1,50,000 lives till date and the count is still going on. He was hopeful that the team will continue to give its support. S.E.P. was founded seven years ago by the Galway Foundation under the inspiring leadership of Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh. Under this program, more than four hundred trainers regularly provide free SEP training to the people. Along with this, around sixty master trainers, trained by Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh, are also giving their services.
