  2. OVERVIEW What is JetBlue’s cancellation policy? JetBlue has changed its cancellation policies and made them very customer-friendly. You can now cancel all tickets (except Blue Basic) without being charged a cancellation fee. Under the current JetBlue cancellation policy: Blue, Blue Extra, Blue Plus, and Mint fares can be cancelled without any cancellation fee, as long as you cancel your booking before departure. You’re also allowed to make a confirmed same-day switch for USD 75 per passenger, but this fee does not apply to Mosaic members and Blue Extra fares. You can also make a same-day confirmed ,but Mosaic members are exempted.

  3. NOTE A non-refundable fee will be charged per passenger for cancelling by phone. This fee will be charged in addition to the applicable cancellation charges (if any). However, you can avoid this fee by cancelling online at JetBlue.com or via chat. If you cancel a non-refundable fare, the value of your fare will be held in the form of a JetBlue Travel Credit for future travel on JetBlue (typically within 12 months). The details can be accessed via your Travel Bank account. If you book through a third party, contact them directly for cancellation assistance.
