  3. Ontwikkelingen alle corporaties • Verhuurder heffing: • circa 2 maanden huur per jaar. • Saneringsheffing o.a. Vestia: • Circa 1 maand huur per jaar. • Versmalling takengebied.

  4. Hervorming woningmarkt huur • WOZ waarde meenemen in punten woning (WWS). • Huursom. • Tijdelijke huurcontracten. • Tijdelijke verhoging inkomensgrens naar € 38.000,-. • Bevriezing liberalisatiegrens.

Wat doen we minder? • koop, vrije sector huur (max. 10%). • Verkoop onder Voorwaarden. • Specifieke zorgvoorzieningen. • Sponsoring, leefbaarheid. • Vastgoed niet gericht op wonen.
