The Waste Data Framework User Group's technical guidance has been updated, now including final waste performance indicators. No major question changes are anticipated, with only minor guidance updates on Question 18. Key new indicators such as the percentage of municipal solid waste sent to landfill and the percentage of household waste reused, recycled, or composted have been introduced. Calculations are based on deduction with data sourced from the Valuation Office year-end household figures. Future steps include finalizing the methodology, revising validation reports, generating new performance indicator reports, and arranging data transfers with the CLG.
