  6. Prerequisite Step 2: DAP HW Sourcing and Lead Process Considerations for SPS • Will Manufacturer Install Linux or Will SPS? • Standardize on Model and Configuration from the Manufacturer • Manufacturer Lead Times on New Orders • Does SPS want spare units pre-configured for New Clients?

Prerequisite Step 3: SPS Personnel for DAP SW Install and Config Assuming SPS Will Install DAP OS and SW • General Linux OS Installation Time – 1 – 2 Hours (Min – Max) • DAP SW Installation and Configuration Time – 1 – 2 Hours (Min – Max) • Documented Steps by Tone Software Includes: • Transfer DAP SW files to the DAP Server • Execute a set of Installation Scripts with Prompts • Install the Certificate Key for Secured Connection • Configure the ReliaTel Host IP and Port • DAP System Validation – 2 – 4 Hours (Min – Max) • Total Install and Config Time – Approximately 4 – 8 Hours (Min – Max) • Total Shipment Process and Timeframe to Client Site – X Days
