FM model preparation and conditionning (7 days) • FM boardsdisassemblingafterdecember 3rd (facility/operator not available) • FM boardsdisassembly - 2 hours - IRAP • Re-work HVPS boardharness – 1 day - Microtec • Functionnal test on HVPS board – 2 hours - IRAP • Boardscleaningwithsterile IPA and driedwith dry nitrogen – 2 hours – IRAP • Exposition of boards to UV lamp (germicide) – 2 hours - IRAP • Coating parts & harness on boards – 1 day – IRAP • Boardsdrying & outgassing - 1 night - IRAP • Micro-bio assay on FM boards and insideboardshousing (to bedelivered to SSL) • Instrument assembly, screwstorqued – 1 day – Comat/ Microtec/ IRAP • Instrument storage in primary vacuum - IRAP • Assemble Sweasensorwithcoated and outgassed FM boards • End of calibrations in vacuum chamber • Swea FM sensorready • Storage in vacuum chamber MAVEN-Swea sensor pre-shipping review - December 1-2/2011
