Cambio de puertas solidas a puertas de vidrio en RS´s Y CS´s Para realizar el cambio de puertas solidas a vidrio, también será necesario realizar unos cambios al arnés, para tener el funcionamiento que requiere los equipos exhibidores, para controlar la luz interior será con el apagador. Para ello deberá llevar a cabo el siguiente procedimiento.

  3. Asegurarse de que su equipo está desconectado de la alimentación, de lo contario desconecte su equipo (Imagen 1). Paso 1 IMAGEN 1 – DESCONECTAR EL EQUIPO ANTES DE CONTINUAR

  4. Ubique el respaldo exterior del equipo o parte posterior (ver foto 1), y localice la parte superior del gabinete (ver foto 2). Paso 2 CUBIERTA INCLINADA QUE FORMA PARTE DEL DISPLAY FOTO 2 – PARTE SUPERIOR DEL GABINETE FOTO 1 – RESPALDO EXTERIOR DEL EQUIPO O PARTE POSTERIOR

  5. Localizando el respaldo exterior y cubierta superior AVANZAR

  6. En la parte superior encontrara que la cubierta inclinada que forma parte del display esta sujetado por tres pijas, retírelas con un desarmador de cruz. Paso 3 PIJAS REMOVIDAS FOTO 3 – PIJAS RETIRADAS DE LA CUBIERTA INCLINADA QUE FORMA PARTE DEL DISPLAY

  8. Levante la cubierta inclinada que forma parte del display y coloque un apoyo aproximadamente de 5 in (ver foto 5 y 6), recuerde tener cuidado con los bordes de las piezas de lamina, use guantes para evitar ser cortado. Paso 4 CUBIERTA INCLINADA QUE FORMA PARTE DEL DISPLAY CUIDADO CON LAS ORILLAS DE LA LAMINA FOTO 5 Y 6 – CUBIERTA INCLINADA QUE FORMA PARTE DEL DISPLAY LEVANTADA CON UN APOYO

  9. Con la cubierta inclinada que forma parte del display, una vez levantada podrá localizar en el interior dos microswitch en los modelos RS-36 y CS-32 (Para los modelos RS-14, RS-16, CS-14 y CS-16 solo encontrara un solo microswitch), uno en la derecha el otro a la izquierda ver foto 7 y 8. Desconecte los cables que van a ellos ver foto 9 y 10, para el microswitch de la derecha solo se desconecta el rojo. Paso 5 MICROSWITCH IZQUIERDO MICROSWITCH DERECHO FOTO 7 Y 8 – UBICACIÓN DE LOS MICROSWITCH RS-36

  13. Desconectando el microswitch de la derecha (Solo el cable rojo) AVANZAR

  14. Para el modelo RS-36, los microswitch estaban conectados con el siguiente orden rojo, azul y amarillo para ambos casos (microswitch derecho y izquierdo). Deberá conectar en las terminales amarillo y rojo de los cables que desconecto del lado izquierdo, al complemento que se agrega (ver diagrama 1 y 2). Para los modelos RS-14, RS-16, CS-14, CS-16 y CS-32 ver tabla 1 y 2. Paso 6

  22. Paso 7 Para terminar retire el apoyo de la cubierta inclinada que forma parte del display y coloque las tres pijas.

  23. Para validar que la operación sea correcta, asegúrese que la luz interior sea controlada con el apagador , y los microswitch activados por la puerta no tengan efecto en la luz interior. Paso 8 FINALIZAR

  25. Make sure your unit is disconnected from the electric current, located in the back side, unplug your unit (see image 1). Step 1 IMAGE 1 – UNPLUG THE UNIT

Lift the sloping deck that is part of the display and place a support approximately 3 inches (see photo 5 and 6), remember to be careful with the edges of the pieces of foil, wear gloves to avoid being cut off. With the sloping deck that is part of the display, once lifted up may locate within the microswitch in two models RS-36 and SC-32 (RS-14, RS-16, CS-14 and SC-16 found only a single microswitch), one in the other the right to the left to see photo 7 and 8.   36. Step 6 For the RS-36 model, the microswitch were connected with the following order red, blue and yellow for both cases (microswitch right and left). Must hook into the terminal yellow and red wires that signed off on the left side, to supplement that is added (see diagram 1 and 2). For models RS-14, RS-16, CS-14, CS-16 and SC-32 Table 1 and 2.

  45. To validate that the operation is correct, make sure the interior light is controlled with the switch, and don´t have control with the door´s microswith. Step 8 END
