Tracking • New: The ILL requesting process has not yet started. • Pending : The ILL process has started but your request is still pending. • Shipped : The ILL supplier has sent the item. • Received : The item has been received at your requesting library. • Overdue : Your request is overdue at the supplying library. • Returned : The item has been sent back to the supplying library.

Off-Campus Service Off-Campus Service provides access to the library collections for eligible ANU staff and students who… • Live more than 60 kilometres from the ANU • Are registered with the Disability Services Centre, regardless of your house address • Are a current staff member who is recommended by the Diversity & Inclusion Unit, regardless of your house address

  17. Off-Campus - Registration • Students • Not on Millennium - Organise proof of enrolment - this can be your student card or a printout of your enrolment details from ISIS. • Enrolled - contact OCS Staff – check contact details add a OCS note to Millennium. • Staff • Contact OCS Staff
