There was a little girl named Anna…. Who was not as lucky as you and I. Everyday, as she goes to school, she will see her friends smiling and laughing, They will be carrying colourful school bags and lovely toys.

  1. There was a little girl named Anna… Who was not as lucky as you and I.

  2. Everyday, as she goes to school, she will see her friends smiling and laughing, They will be carrying colourful school bags and lovely toys.

  3. One day, Ms Mary was reading a story to the class. Anna loved ‘Reading Time’. She does not have any story books at home. And she will always get punished during ‘Silent Reading’.

  4. Anna loves Maths lessons too. She loves to calculate and measure things. But she’s scared of Mr Thomas, her teacher. Her teacher often scolds her for not bringing her pencil case. But Anna does not have enough pencils. Most of them were too short.

  5. You keep borrowing your buddy’s ruler! Where is yours? Where are your pencils?

  6. Each night, she will look out of her window, and see happy faces.

  7. And she will start to cry.

  8. HEY, WAIT! So am I! I’m having fun! She wondered why she could not be as happy as the other kids.

  9. Not everyone is as lucky as you and I. We have toys to play with, books to read and friends who care about us. But there are many children out there who don’t have enough money to even buy books! Can you imagine our lives without books? Toys? Friends? We should do our part and make our friends as happy as us!

  14. Donate spoilt things • Try to donate things that are in good condition • You will not like it if people gave you dirty and torn toys and books
