Print Team Member Name: Date: Bay Equipment • You the Photographer and/or Stylist are responsible for your bay and • will be held accountable. • No cords or other items touching any lights. Lights are hot and will catch fire when they are blocked or touching other items. • Do not hang clothing or other items on lights, light stands, or power cords. • Do not allow plastic, foam core, flags or cloth to touch lights. • Make sure air hose is above head level. Never blow air at people. • Clean up after yourself. Do not leave props, packing, stuffing or trash laying around during or after your shift. • At shift Start and End ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated and in safe working order. Clean area before leaving every day. • Ensure no cords, props or grip are in walking paths. Ensure all equipment, racks, and gear are stowed in designated areas. Date Team Member Signature
