  1. Boulder Creek High School Registration for 2016-2017 school year

Completing the Registration Process • Review your course choices on your card • Talk with current teachers about your requests to help guide you in proper placements • Make necessary changes on your course choice card • Bring letter and your card home to talk with parents/guardians and get signatures on card • Return your completed card with signatures to 2nd period teacher by January 27th

  3. Pass out Registration Cards • Students please review your card for accuracy. Recognize that these are course requests and elective alternates are also listed. • This is not the order in which your classes will be scheduled. • Semester courses are listed separately, possibly looking like you requested more periods that you planned to. • Teachers please have students sign or initial roster that they received copy of their course request card.

  4. What if I change my mind about a class I have on my card today? • This is your opportunity to to change your course choices. • Please follow the directions on your card. Simply fill out space: I would like to take_______ instead of ___________ clearly at bottom of card.

  5. Read parent letter and refer to class course sequence card for information on course options.(one per classroom)

  6. Activity 1. Please turn to a partner 2. Review letter to take home and go over steps to do to complete registration process 3. Discuss which electives you chose and how this fits your post secondary plan.

  7. Remember to update your ECAP at home • Your ECAP( Education Career Action Plan) is your electronic portfolio kept on Azcis to reflect your current course plan, career aspirations, and post secondary planning. • It is your responsibility to update your four year course plan. The website is shown on next slide.
