Candidate for Program Completion Form
If you haven’t completed a form, stop by the Student Resource Center
All students who have completed the Candidate for Program Completion Form have been enrolled in a mock CALP class that you see on your schedule (CALP-DEC, CALP-MAY, CALP-AUG)
Preliminary graduation check notification emails starting at the end of January and through early March
The degree checks will confirm if you are in the process of completing your final requirements this Spring, or if you will still have requirements outstanding after this semester. The email will also let you know if you are eligible to participate in Commencement ceremonies.
Your student account must be paid in full by May 1, 2014 in order to participate in any of the Commencement ceremonies.
If your account shows a balance due, you will receive billing statements during the spring 2014 term. These bills will be posted to Hawk’s Edge.
If you have financial aid, be sure that all of your aid is posted to your account by May 1.
If you are paying via TuitionPay, be sure your final payment on April 1 is on time and that it covers your balance due.
If you have a personal payment plan with HNU, your payments must be current.
If you have tuition reimbursement from your employer, be sure that we have your HNU Employer Reimbursement Certification form and that it covers your balance due. Any amount not covered by your employer is due from you by May 1.
You will receive a status update from Student Accounts regarding your eligibility to participate in Commencement during the week of April 13.
You will receive a final status update from Student Accounts on May 5.
Your account must be paid in full before you can receive your transcript or diploma.

If you’ve taken out any loans while at HNU, you are required to do Exit Counselingatstudentloans.gov
Who Needs to complete exit counseling?
Any student who graduates, drops below half-time registration, or otherwise stops attending (even if you plan to transfer to another school) and:
National Student Loan Data System- NSLDS.ed.gov

May 14- Rehearsal 6pm
May 16- Mass 4pm
May 16- Graduate Ceremony 6:30pm
May 17- Undergraduate Ceremony 4:30pm

Academic attire consists of:
black gown (size determined by height and weight),
mortar board cap (one size fits all),
degree-specific hood (or a stole for Credential and Certificate students).
If you do not complete your academic attire request by April 3, you may submit a late request, but you will be charged a $15 late fee that will be billed to your student account.
Rehearsal: Wednesday, May 14 @ 6pm
Check-in begins at 5pm in front of the Library
