  4. 康展2013年客戶PPM 一、康茂退回電源不良4PCS 占總不良100%:HS1&HS2與機殼打火*2 PCS, 1.在機殼接合處及輸出線材口塗EPOXY膠,導入新灌膠工法，並在上蓋增加絕緣膠紙，RD已發EC (EC編號P1ECO-1307130) 2.每工令抽3~5PCS做浸水1m試驗（IP67規格要求）NDF*2PCS

  5. 康展2013年Yield Rate 說明: 10月份Yield rate未達標,分析與改善如報告

  6. 2013年10月 Yield Rate 改善計劃

  7. 二電庫存週天數趨勢圖 ※說明:10月份二電路燈新機種約15個主要影響為 1<機殼&小五金入庫金額2,562KNTD與9月份1,419KNTD相比增加1,143KNTD,影響3.3天. 2<電晶體&IC入庫金額7,089KNTD與9月份6,697KNTD相比增加392KNTD,影響1.7天
