Coach Elrod - 3 year Varsity XC runner at Apalachee High School - 2007 Graduate of Erskine College (where's that?) - Teaching at SF for 7 years - 7 year XC Assistant - 6 year Wrestling Coach (3 as assistant, 3 as head coach) - Enjoys the occasional road race and trail run. - Favorite quote: "the faster you run, the faster you're done."

Coach Stefanie • University of Tennessee 2003 • - VP of Admin at Lazer Spot, Inc. • - Still living in MI….unfortunately • - Ran XC at Carson Newman College • - 20+ marathons, Boston ‘09 & ‘11 • - Completed numerous ultra-marathons; Ironman KY 2010 • Completed Marathon des Sables in Morocco April 2013 for charity • Married to Brennan Ryan with 4 beautiful step-children: Madeline, Michael, Andrew & Abigail

  5. Coach Wansley - From Douglasville, Georgia. - Chapel Hill High, XC and track - UGA grad • Will begin 5th year as a science teacher, 4rd at SFHS • Assistant Track coach

  6. Coach Miller - Asst. Swim Coach, WFHS 2009-12 - UT-Chattanooga 2006 & UT 2008 - Half-marathoner; Sprint Triathlete; Running-enthusiast and Competitor. - Social Studies Teacher & FCA Sponsor.

  7. Coach Munn • XC and Track coach at SFHS for 7 years • Runner since 1975 • Married with 2 daughters (25 & 22) • SFHS staff Jan 2006 • 26 years at CDC • KJC, UGA, Ga. Tech, NOBTS, NGCSU • PRs – 16:55 5K, 34:20 10K, 2:48 Marathon • (all many years ago!) Peachtree 2012 Peachtree 1981 Peachtree 2013

  8. 2006 – Girls 2nd at State; Boys 9th at State2007 – Boys 11th at State; Boys County Champions2008 – Gator Jackson, 8th at State; Allie Schaich, 7th at State2009 – Dylan Walker, 14th at State2010 – Lydia Moyer, 16th at State2011 – Boys 16th at State; Girls 17th at State; County Champions2012 – Boys 21st at State; Girls 17th at State2013 – Boys Region Champs, 13th at State; Girls 7th at State2013 – Savannah Carnahan, 6th at State; Millie Bergey, 11th at State SFHS XC - 2014 The Tradition Continues
