История болезни № 71289 ШМЫГЛЕНКОа.в. 1978 г/р
Из анамнеза: попал в ДТП в ноябре 2010. Лечился по месту жительства. Со временем появились жалобы на изжогу, отрыжку, боли в эпигастрии. На плановой рентгенографии брюшной полости выявлено затемнение в левом легком. Госпитализирован в ЦГХ. После проведенного осмотра и лечения установлен диагноз посттравматического разрыва диафрагмы, пациент переведен в ХО1 для планового оперативного лечения.
21.12.2010г – Лапаротомия, устранение посттравматической диафрагмальной грыжи, дренирование левой плевральной полости.
