The cost for Code property inspections conducted by the Code Enforcement Department is $200.00. • Code lien search- provides detailed property information such as existing Code case, fines, liens. Collier County Code Enforcement DepartmentAgency Coordination Collier County Utility Division Utility Master Meters • One meter – one bill- multiple property owners • Utilities are shut off to all residents in a multi-family complex with a master meter; would include those who have paid their utility bill to the Management Company • If the water/sewer is shut off- property owners are required to vacate their residence • Task team formed to coordinate actions: Utilities contacts Code Enforcement ; Code Enforcement foreclosure teams research ownership and contact banks for utility bill payments • There are more than 2788 residential master meters in Collier County
