NPSP Philosophy & Purpose • provide a frictionless way for a small/med nonprofit organization to get up on Salesforce.com in an intuitive way • be a way to catalyze our partner community and build a viable ecosystem of products for nonprofits on Salesforce.com • help make integrations more plentiful • make things easier for integrators to work with nonprofit organizations • serve the smaller organizations first • not necessarily looks to solve ALL nonprofit problems, particularly those of larger organizations

One of the largest open source projects currently ongoing on the Force.com platform • BSD License, with more than 25 active contributers • More than 2600 organizations actively using (login in the past 3 weeks) • More than 1/3 of all Foundation orgs are NPSP orgs • March 2011 2nd most installs (753) in the program's history • Of that 753, well over 30% were net-new customers,  • For the past year, M-over-M net new growth has been more than 10% NPSP Metrics & Current Data
