  2. 1. The EarthCam 4D enables virtual design and construction (VDC) teams to overlay and synchronize live images with their digital twins. 2. Users can step back and forth in time on an intuitive timeline to view live images in relation to their 4D models. Powered by Bentley’s iTwin platform, the EarthCam 4D application augments 4D models from their SYNCHRO 4D software with high-resolution imagery provided by multiple cameras on site and overlaid in precise alignment. Viewers can zoom in and out of the views and the associated live images remain synchronized. Unique transparency/opacity and model color settings open up new and powerful ways to compare models to reality and contrast them over time.

  3. EarthCam, a provider of webcam technology and services, announces EarthCam 4D, the first solution to fully synchronize time-sequenced imagery with 4D design models. In this way, project participants no longer need multiple software interfaces and different sources of stored images to access this important comparative information.
