  5. ANALYSIS *18 on-going (1 not yet started at Gumaca, Quezon)

  6. ASSESSMENT *18 on-going (1 not-yet started at Gumaca, Quezon) For Luzon, the only concern of NADESCOM is at 54EBde considering the number of FMR projects located in Kalinga, Apayao, Cagayan areas and the prevailing weather condition.

  7. ASSESSMENT For Mindanao, NADESCOM has no major concern. However, if security situation will change, it will definitely affect our targets.

  8. ASSESSMENT For the Visayas, NADESCOM’s concern is the number of projects allocated in the area given the time frame, geographical locations, and other factors such as weather and security situations.

  9. KBP ADMIN UPDATE • We will start implementing projects for KBP 2009 by September 2009 based on the following: • Approval of SPP • Evaluation and Approval of POW • Approval of Implementing Guidelines for DO 132

  10. Our action plans… • FACILITATE additional support to 53EBde and 54EBde in that priority • CONTINUE our monthly meeting, conference • FOLLOW-UP the approval of all documentary requirements NLT 15 September 2009

  17. OVERALL ASSESSMENT • All vertical projects will be completed. • The remaining horizontal projects (F-M-R) are all on-going by the end of 2009.

  18. WHAT WE NEED… • Since Centcom committed to provide additional pers to 53EBde, we still need two (2) Engineering Construction coys by the start of 4Qtr 2009: • 1 ECCs to 53EBde and 1 ECC to 54EBde
