  12. Is it illegal? • LSD was made illegal to possess in 1968 and has been available on the “black market” since then. • Illegal to manufacture, buy, possess, process, and distribute

Fun Facts • LSD users can experience flashbacks, which are when the original drug's effects suddenly reoccur up to a year after the initial use. • Some LSD users experience severe, terrifying thoughts and feelings of desolation, fear of losing control, or fear of insanity and death while using LSD.
